The Customer
The Central Bank in Saratoga Springs, UT wanted to incorporate rooftop screen panels that would complement their building style while also meeting their project budget requirements.
This horizontal ribbed screen panel project was completed in the spring of 2023.
The Challenge
Cascade Rooftop Screens was contacted by D7 Roofing, a company that was contracted to repair the roof of our customer’s building. D7 Roofing had previously turned to our team for other rooftop screen panel installation projects and recognized our expertise in providing customers with simple, durable, and economical rooftop screen panel product solutions.
D7 Roofing needed rooftop screen panels that were non-invasive and would not damage or compromise the integrity of the updated roofing work that their team completed on the customer’s building. Our customer wanted a screen system that was easy to install and manage, and cost-effective to meet their budget requirements.
The Solution
The Cascade Rooftop Screen team partnered with the D7 Roofing team, acting on behalf of our customer, to integrate horizontal ribbed screen panels that matched their existing building design and colors, creating a seamless integration with their existing building structure.
The Result
Our rooftop screen installation system utilizes basic anchoring methods and comes complete with pre-fabricated base plates to significantly reduce the installation time. Our simplified screen panels and installation system also reduce project costs, allowing us to partner with our customers and meet their project budget.
By partnering with D7 Roofing, the Cascade Rooftop Screen team ensured the updated roofing work that had been done was maintained. The horizontal ribbed screen panels compliment the color scheme and style of the building, while providing important protection again the elements for rooftop commercial equipment.
