Data sheets, details, specs…. And if you don’t see what you need here, give us a call! We’ll do our best to accommodate!
Let’s face it, it’s all about how it looks, isn’t it? Even if the basic function of the screen is to satisfy the city’s demands to hide rooftop equipment or reduce the noise from the equipment, it’d be a bummer if it upset the overall aesthetics of the building.
That’s why our philosophy is if there’s a look you want, we can make it happen. From our corrugated-type metal panels to unique louvers and textured finishes, we’ll make sure you know all your options before settling on the panel that fits your needs. And if our standard options don’t quite fit the bill, we’ll use our custom fabricators to come up with the design you do want.
Check out our Downloads Page and Products page to get a visual of some of the standard options we offer.

At the end of the day, it’s all about boosting your bottom line, isn’t it? Trying to figure out how to install a complicated product for the first time can cost you. That’s why we’ve made our Simple-Frame screen system, well, simple!
To give you an idea, our installation steps are:
And that’s it! No additional assembly required, no little parts to worry about, and no special installation method or practice. If you can snap a line and read a level, you can install our system!
Check out our Installation Video to get a good visual on how easy it is!
If you’ve got a question, we’ve got the answer. We have the expertise to make your project simpler. Call us anytime for help with your screen project. And in the meantime, check out our installation video and PowerPoint to get more familiar with our product.
We’ve designed our patent-pending system to be as forgiving as possible. That’s why our Simple-Frames allow you to fine-tune the height and adjust for roof pitch, regardless of if you’ve already attached to the roof or not.
Want to adjust for roof pitch? A twist of the rod pushes out or pulls back the front of the frame to get the desired angle.
On a high spot of the roof and worried that the frame will show from the ground? Simply cut off the top of the upright tube to get it level with the others.

We can’t say it enough; building a screen that is tricky to roof in can cost you in several ways. Our system eliminates the need for leaky sleepers or pitch pockets that will need to be serviced in a few short years. We stand firm in our philosophy that the roofing detail should last as long as the roof, and the labor to roof in should not cost you a fortune (those dang sleepers will get you every time!).
That’s why we employ a basic round post design for our frame legs. Simply use the roof manufacturer’s standard pipe flashing detail, and you’re good to go. We’ll even ship our frames with the proper boot pre-installed for you!
Many factors affect how an equipment screen is priced, from site conditions to dimensions of the screen system itself. Although pricing for every project is a little different, buying our equipment screens is very simple. We quickly guide you through the process to get all the information we’ll need to give you an accurate price.
Your time is valuable, so whether you need the full package of frames and panels or you just need one or the other, Contact us right away and we’ll get you exact pricing fast!
Maybe you’ve been on a project where the installation didn’t quite go as planned because of existing site conditions. We’ve been there before, and it’s not fun.
That’s why we put a very high priority on being responsive. If you call, we’ll answer the phone, and there’s no challenge we can’t fix. Our team is full of problem solvers to get your crew up and running fast!
Whether it’s a simple question, help with installation, or help with city departments, we’re ready to help any way we can.

Our system is incredibly easy to install. Just check out our installation PowerPoint and video to see how quick and simple our framing system goes down.
But we understand apprehension on starting anything new, and we want the opportunity to make sure there are no questions unanswered. That’s why we help you get started on your first project. We’ll actually jump on the roof with you at the time of the installation and work through some tips and tricks to boost your crew’s confidence, and we won’t leave until you feel like you’ve got it down.

Try getting a warranty on an equipment screen designed from scratch. The steel provider won’t do it because they don’t want the responsibility after the metal has been modified, and the fabricator won’t do it because then they’d have to vouch for the manufacturer’s practices, and let’s just say the contractor’s probably not jumpin up and down either.
Fortunately, you can have you cake and eat it too! When we provide complete engineering for our Simple-Frame equipment screens, we show our confidence in our product by backing it with a full 30 year warranty which guarantees against structural failure in that time frame.
You’re busy with so many other aspects of your project, and a mechanical screen often is one of the things left to the last minute. Our CSI specifications, CAD drawings, and details will save you time and effort well spent on other facets of your work. Our goal is to free up your time as much as possible.
Eliminate RFI’s and addendums by contacting us to get job specific specs and details that you can plug directly into your plans with no additional responsibility placed on you. We’ll make sure that there’s no confusion between your plans and the contractor.

Let’s get straight to the point; there’s no need for you to design an equipment screen from scratch. We’ll go as far as design your entire screen project for free, including a roof plan drawing showing the screen layout and correct detail drawings you can drop straight into your plans. If you prefer a more hands on approach, we’ll provide any supplemental drawings and information you need to make your work simpler, from attachment details to personalized CSI format specifications and DWG files.
If you’ve ever seen multiple roofs with a screen, you know that there are many different flavors of screen design. Often a mechanical screen can be designed while losing the bigger picture of how it will affect the rest of the building. For example, the following can have a big impact:
Regardless if you design screens often or this is you first time, we make the process effortless for you. We work with you to answer these questions and flesh out your options while also keeping the big picture in mind, making sure the screen only has a positive impact on your building.

First things first, our patent-pending Simple-Frame screen system ships fully assembled. Simply anchor the base to the roof structure, adjust for roof pitch, and you’re ready to install the facing panels. As long as you can snap a line and read a level, the installation will be a breeze!
We’ve seen too many equipment screens that are installed incorrectly because of a complicated design, and shipping our product fully assembled not only makes that scenario near impossible, but also eliminates other dangerous practices such as onsite welding or modification. By twisting a rod, you can adjust our frames to any roof pitch after the frames are attached to the roof.
Check out the video below to see just how quick and easy our system goes down!
Buying a product for less is only part of the equation. A lot of labor can be spent on systems that have many pieces, elements and hardware or require a specific method of installation. We’ve experienced first hand the frustrations of screens that are time intensive to install.
That’s why we designed our Simple-Frame screen system to greatly improve on install times, reducing the amount of resources spent on installation labor. And by keeping our frame design simple, our product also sells for much less than alternative options.
Want a good visual of what we’re talking about? Check out the installation video below to see how fast our system gets installed.
Getting engineering calculations for each individual job is like buying shoes for ten different people; there’s no such thing as one size fits all. Engineering requirements can change based on roof framing, the area’s typical windspeeds, height of the building or screen, and other factors.
We simplify this process by providing a full building package, including calculations that will eliminate any liabilities and satisfy building departments. We’re engineering equipment screens every day and getting accurate calculations that meet your building requirements quickly is one of the things we do best!
